Fill in the form or email directly. Tell me roughly what you do and what you need. You do not need to have it all worked out — that is my job.

A fixed quote, in writing

I will confirm which package fits, the price, how many pages, how many revision rounds and the delivery time. If I think you need less than you asked for, I will say so.

No obligation at this point. Plenty of people take the quote and think about it.

Deposit and materials

A 50% deposit confirms the booking and reserves the time. Alongside it I will send a short checklist of what I need: your logo if you have one, the text for each page, any photographs, and your contact details.

Do not have a logo or photos? That is common and not a problem — see the FAQ.

The clock starts

This is the part worth understanding, because it is the whole basis of the delivery promise.

Your turnaround begins when the deposit has cleared and I have everything on that checklist — not from the date you enquired. Five working days means five days of me building, not five days of me waiting for your logo.

You review a preview link

When it is finished you get a private link to the whole site. Open it on your phone, your laptop, show it to your partner, sit on it for a day. It is not public and search engines cannot see it.

Revisions

Send your changes as one list rather than one at a time — that is what counts as a round, and it is far faster for both of us. Standard includes 2 rounds, Professional 3, Premium 5.

Revisions cover refining what was briefed. A change of direction is a new brief, and I will quote for it separately rather than quietly absorb it.

Balance and go live

Once you are happy, I invoice the balance and publish the site to your domain — registered in your name, not mine. The finished site becomes your property on final payment.

After that you can leave it alone, update it yourself, or take a care plan and I will look after it.
